The Risk Management Division handles all claims against the City of Lemon Grove to include investigations, litigation management, liability analysis, discovery, mediations and settlements. The division is responsible for all safety programs for City staff. The Division handles worker's compensation, manages all insurance procurement for City Property, Faithful Performance Bonds, Liability, Errors and Omissions and special events coverage. The Risk Management Division also works closely with the City Attorney.
