Report an Issue (Service Request)

Welcome to the City of Lemon Grove Report-An-Issue portal. Here you will find information about the various options for reporting a problem to the city. For general comments, suggestions, or inquiries not presenting an immediate problem, please use Contact Us.

Residents can use Report-A-Problem to submit issues such as graffiti, potholes, dead animals, malfunctioning traffic signals, and abandoned vehicles.  Requests reported can provide location, description, and photographic information regarding the problem. 

Due to budget cuts, the public works department is currently working with limited staffing. For now, response times to provide service will be around 12 business days unless the issue impacts the public's safety.
