The City offers rental facilities specifically designed for receptions, meetings, seminars, and other special events. These facilities can accommodate large and small groups and reservations may be made up to one year in advance.

Please note that to reserve your date, you will need to click register now on the facility listing below, fill out the facility use application and pay the corresponding deposit  & fee required. If you have questions regarding this facility rental process, please contact us at 619-825-3815.

 EVENT WITHOUT ALCOHOL

Deposit: $200.00

4 Hour Rental Fee: $225.00

8 Hour Rental Fee: $350.00

 

EVENT WITH ALCOHOL

Deposit: $300.00

4 Hour Rental Fee: $325.00

8 Hour Rental Fee: $550.00

 

SPECIAL EVENT WITH ALCOHOL

Deposit: $400.00

8 Hour Rental Fee: $800.00

 


Adjacent to the H. Lee House is an intimate outdoor courtyard. It features a beautiful gazebo for ceremonies or entertainment surrounded by inlaid brickwork and grass – the perfect setting for an outdoor wedding, anniversary party, or other special occasions. The Courtyard seats 100 for dining and holds 150 for assembly. The courtyard is available for a 4 and 8 hour rental period with additional hours available for $100.00 per hour.
