The City offers rental facilities specifically designed for receptions, meetings, seminars, and other special events. These facilities can accommodate large and small groups and reservations may be made up to one year in advance.

Please note that to reserve your date, you will need to click register now on the facility listing below, fill out the facility use application and pay the corresponding deposit  & fee required. If you have questions regarding this facility rental process, please contact us at 619-825-3815.

EVENT WITHOUT ALCOHOL

Deposit: $200.00

8 Hour Rental Fee: $850.00


EVENT WITH ALCOHOL

Deposit: $300.00

8 Hour Rental Fee: $1,150.00

 

SPECIAL EVENT WITH ALCOHOL

Deposit: $400.00

8 Hour Rental Fee: $1,500.00

 


 

This beautiful facility features large French doors opening from the main hall to a spacious patio and trellis surrounded by grassy areas and walkways creating its own private park-like setting. The large, fully equipped kitchen is designed to handle all of your catering needs. The Senior Center adjoins Lemon Grove Park and is the perfect location for an outdoor wedding followed by an indoor reception. This facility has banquet style capacity of 200, and theater style capacity up to 300. This facility is only available for an 8 hour rental period, if you require additional hours, please contact us.
