The City of Lemon Grove is focused on improving the quality of life for residents and the business community of Lemon Grove through economic development, which includes the recruitment and retention of businesses that will increase property value and sales tax within the City. Local governments, such as Lemon Grove, use these tax revenues to provide public safety services, parks, roadways, recreation programs, and other public goods and services that are essential for an elevated quality of life.
