Project Background
The public space re-design project is located within Treganza Heritage Park, located at 3200 Main Street, Lemon Grove, CA 91945. Built in 2002, the 1.76-acre park has open green space, walking paths with lemon trees, a rose garden, community garden and two historical homes that double as museums. Treganza Heritage Park has a non-functioning fountain at the center of the park, which encompasses approximately 900 square feet. The fountain has been non-operational since 2016. The FY 2024-25 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) includes funding to re-design the space where the non-functioning fountain currently exists into a space the community can benefit and enjoy.
