Inflatable jumpers are allowed only at Berry Street and Lemon Grove Park Park and are limited to one (1) jumper at any one time with an approved Inflatable Jumper application. The City of Lemon Grove requires inflatable jump vendors to mail or fax a certificate of insurance which states that the City of Lemon Grove is additionally insured and the vendor carries at least $1,000,000 in insurance coverage; vendors are also required to submit a copy of their City of Lemon Grove business license. The application must be completed at least 1 week in advance for approval. Only standard size is allowed, no combination jumper will be approved (i.e., water slides). No application will be approved without the required certificate of insurance. There is a $40 processing fee to obtain the necessary permit.  Please email Isabel Armenta at iarmenta@lemongrove.ca.gov for additional information on jumper permits.
